BADGER OF DESTINY – WEDNESDAY 19TH FEBRUARY – THE ELGAR CENTRE

Join Christopher Badger for an evening of poetic pondering and amusing, musical musing on the mid-life manhood and the mysteries of the universe.

Touching on Star Wars, school days and the emotional impact of supporting England during a major tournament, comic storyteller, songwriter and spoken-word artist, Christopher Badger presents his poetic ponderings on the nature of destiny, deity, and possibly dentistry in the offbeat and original ‘Badger of Destiny’.

Occasionally sad, occasionally spiritual, and often funny, Christopher reflects candidly on his search for meaning, mentors and the perils of navigating that first difficult 44 years.

The evening is hosted by Duston and Upton Parish and Kislingbury & Upton Baptist Church, and entry will be free with cash donations accepted on the door for the Northampton Food Bank.

With warm and witty wordplay, humerus, heartfelt storytelling and searching, soulful song with the amazing Emma Jane, ‘Badger of Destiny’ is in town for one night only!
